How I came into a relationship with Jesus Christ?
I had concerns. I had just heard a couple sermons about what hell was like and I started asking questions to my mom about how to make sure I’m going to heaven. One night, my dad called me into the living room and asked me if I wanted to know how to get saved. We went to my room, kneeled at my bed, and my dad showed me from the Scriptures how to receive Christ as my Savior. As a 5-year-old boy, I bowed my head and trusted Christ. That began my relationship with Jesus.
How I came to CDO Bible Church
1400 miles away from here, I saw an opportunity for a an associate pastor position with a job description that I had been praying about finding. After a three month long process and meetings with many wonderful people, God led my family and the CDO church family to decide to minister together. On July 10th, 2024, I officially became an associate pastor here at CDO Bible Church.
What I do at CDO Bible Church
The areas I get to serve the church in is the continuation of the small group ministry, outreach, assimilation of new visitors, and pastoral care.
Why I do what I do?
I do what I do because life is short, Heaven is real, and I want as many people as God gives me to reach to know the Gospel, grow in their faith in Jesus, and go tell others about their amazing relationship with Jesus.
