How I came into a relationship with Jesus Christ?
I was 9 years old attending Sunday School in the church that I grew up in in Ohio. My lovely teacher was talking about Hell, and I decided that I didn’t want any part of that! So, I quietly gave my heart to Jesus right then. I am blessed to have Him walking right alongside of me all these years.
How I came to CDO Bible Church
My parents attended CDOBC for many years. After my Mom was placed in a Care Home, Jay and I started attending occasionally with my Dad. When COVID hit, we started watching regularly on Sundays with my Dad, and then when COVID restrictions were lifted, we started attending regularly.
What I do at CDO Bible Church
I am the NextGen Kids Director
Why I do what I do?
I have had a passion to work in children’s ministries since I was 12 years old and started working in our church nursery. Over the years I have served in many different capacities, from teaching Sunday School and VBS classes to being the Director of Children’s Ministries at 2 different churches. My heart has always been to see boys and girls come to know Jesus as their Savior and to see not only their lives changed, but also their entire families lives changed for eternity!
